Some pics! I think I figured out WTF is up with my camera (besides the fact that I need a new one!)I had dropped it a few months ago and apparently something got knocked around in the memory card port, so now every couple of pics, there is a greenish smattering that ruins a random pic because the data wasn't processed properly. Mutha f**ka.
The one at the top is us at Richmond yesterday. Don't you just love all my lipstick being worn off? So sexy. The second pic is one of my berfday boxes - that was the one from Jaimi --- the card was hilarious, it had a crazy cat on the front andread "Celebrate your birthday as if the cake were a mouse..." and the third pic is my berfday flowers from my Stephygrrl - I was so tickled pink over the smiley mug :o) (also a good example of the greenish stuff that pops up in random pics)
I'm trying to post more, but Blogger keeps timing out on the upload so I'll try again later.
Must be a lotta webtraffic tonight, hm?

five years ago: I was working at Banana Republic and commuting 52 miles one way back and forth to work.
one year ago: Was at the 2004 Nextel NASCAR race in Richmond, VA when Jeremy Mayfield won that night and made it into the Chase For The Cup
five snacks: (Ugh, only 5?)

2. seedless red grapes

4. Seltzer with lots of lime
5. a bowl of hot white rice with soy or Mandarin sauce. Very simple.

4. Locate my 1987 Volvo 740 GLE sedan (or one like it) and restore it
5. Hire Duran Duran and INXS to play at my birthday or New Years' Eve Party every year til I am 50

Here goes mine (please don't laugh)
#1 - Toilet tanks. They scare me to death (long childhood phobia). I'm okay under normal living conditions, but if there is a need to have to go check under the tank cover or mess with the knobs or handle (other than flushing or cleaning) I would rather kill myself. Right now the tank cover currently in use in our bathroom has a chipped corner so I covered it up with a leopard print towel and a big magazine basket just so I could take care of daily business.
#2 - My cat, Angel, loves sports. We have whole conversations about NASCAR, football and hockey. Last night we came home from Richmond to find her food bowl tipped over and dumped out all over the kitchen floor because Ricky Rudd (her favorite driver) had wrecked in turn 2 around Lap 300. Her favorite football team is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and her favorite hockey team is the Detroit Red Wings... and I allow her to live under my roof? Sheesh.
#3 - Been a vegetarian for over 14 years. I don't mind if someone else eats meat in front of me and I don't mind cooking it for other people, it just doesn't appeal to me.
#4 - People who throw their cigarette butts out the window or spit on the pavement totally piss me off. The world is not your personal ashtray/spitoon, people. It's even worse when it hits my car.
#5 - Paper money has to face the same direction in my wallet and cash register.
#6 - I have to carry Band-Aids and mints/gum with me at all times. No matter what.
