...a neighbor is looking for a home for him. He is SWEET. He has gorgeous stripes and a very healthy coat. He is friendly and loves to be petted. He is also neutered and up to date on his shots.

Hi - I know I haven't blogged in forever, but I had to do a quick pop-in for a friend of mine whom we all know and love if you've read my blog regularly in the past.

Andreea (formerly andreeainjapan on FLickr) is part of a wonderful, grassroots animal rescue in Romania called ROBI - Asociatia pentru protectia animalelor/ Animal Protection Association.

Andreea and her friends work very hard to help & save those strays & ferals who have been abandoned and left to die. This is definitely a worldwide issue but especially those who are pet owners know how much joy a dog or cat brings to our daily lives, and speaking for myself, I try and help out as many people who are trying to help out the strays as much as possible.

On a domestic note, another friend of mine, Sue, is pushing the stray cat & dog rescue effort here at home
