I was able to experience one day in the Market - wooo me

Jas & Sharon drove down from PA and Pam & Betsy met up with us. We walked around and looked at gorgeous fibers and all sorts of wonderful handcrafted items. I was determined to not buy anything even though it was heartbreaking to walk away from so many great deals and stuff that is not available locally. I like to think about the fact that Saturday was more about the company than the shopping, because I really love my friends. The fact that we petted and oggled fiber together was nice.

But I did meet Nora Bellows and bought 3 cool 2007 Noni patterns. She is so sweet. Please knit Noni Bags!

I also won a cute pink knitting tote from Knitter's Magazine in the door prize drawing. Pink!

Yay!

So - new twist on my life - I will be setting up an Etsy shop soon (yeah yeah, bandwagon jumper whatever) to sell some very roxy-like stitch markers and sparkly things. Just because. I'd like to see if my stuff really is as cute as people I've gifted to have told me LOL

I wish I had time to sew, but that's out of the question.
